Shipping policy

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via the email address you provided. 

Your order will be prepared and packed for shipment within 1 to 5 business days from my studio in Portugal. You will receive another email confirmation that your order has been shipped.

Processing Times:
All orders are made to order and prepared in my studio by me. As a result, please allow 1-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Orders are shipped once a week, so shipping will occur after the preparation time.

Tracking & Delays
While shipping times are generally reliable, they can occasionally be delayed for various reasons. If there are significant delays, or if your tracking number shows no updates or your order seems to be lost, please contact me with your order number and I will assist you in resolving the issue.

Address Changes
It is not possible to alter the shipping address once the order has been shipped. If an incorrect shipping address was provided and the package has already been dispatched, a reshipping fee may apply. Please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss the best solution.

Customs, Taxes & Duties
Please be aware that i am is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be charged by your country upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
